(real estate collateralized loans that do not meet banks' criteria) from $100,000 to $2,000,000 in New York,
New Jersey and Connecticut. Rubicon also underwrites and delivers commercial loans for high networth private investors and
financial institutions on non-conforming and conforming loans from $500,000 to $25 million + anywhere within the United States.
